I’ve just spent a few moments looking at all the photos – fantastic stuff and each unique.
Thanks for doing this – you have organized a beautiful bouquet of images.
sahlah, it is indeed a beautiful bouquet of images. What a great way to describe these submissions. And we’re not done yet!
Beautiful blog….I tried the elements challenge thanks to Sahlah! My post is at http://RobinEyePhotography
Thanks!
Thanks Robin 🙂 I’ve added your post to the list.
Hi, Amy~~
I’ve just had fun checking everyone else’s submissions. Quite a creative group of scavenger hunters! And great photographers!
Still working on mine (learning how to use digital camera with computer, that is–thanks for all your help this week!).
You have indeed got me looking at things a bit differently. I’m going to have a hard time choosing which photos to use. 🙂
P.S.
“Deadline for submissions is end of day on Monday July 20th.”
Ah…would that be your time (Atlantic), or my time (Pacific)?
;-D
Your time is fine Joan 🙂
Isn’t it great how much fun we’ve all had? So glad you decided to do this. I love looking at how everyone comes at this from a different angle. We can all learn from the perspectives of one another.
Kathy, it is amazing how everyone has a unique outlook. Others notice things that we overlook. You’re right, we can learn so much from one another.
Pamela from Books in Northport checking in with a submission. I haven’t let myself look at others’ photographs yet, but here is the link to mine: http://booksinnorthport.blogspot.com/2009/07/where-i-live-five-leelanau-elements.html
I sent it as a comment to an earlier post but then thought this page might be better. Now to view the rest!
What fun! I’ve taken the liberty to add you to my blog roll. I’d hate to miss out on any more of these… 🙂
I’m sure there will be more submissions today Dawn. I’m looking forward to seeing them too.
Hi. I’m, um, late, but here’s the post: http://torchlakeviews.wordpress.com/2009/07/20/cycling-and-recycling-its-elemental/
Gerry, I’m glad to include any submissions that had arrived in my email by this morning. Thanks for participating and also for offering additional insight into the cycles of the elements.

Way to go Joan! Still giggling about that metal/silver hair photo. We are all so creative!
Thanks, Kathy! ;-D

Oh Joan, that was comprehensive. All that beauty, and wit as well. Now I want to visit B.C. again. So much world, so little time.
Thanks, Gerry! ;-D
B.C. would love to have you.
When were you out this way last?
Gerry, even if you have just a little bit of time, BC is one place you shouldn’t miss. The trees are huge, the waterfalls are awesome and the mountains are majestic.
