Each time dawn appears, the mystery is there in its entirety.

Red dawns are thought to bring bad weather, but the warm temperatures experienced later yesterday were a welcome relief for November’s blues.

As the sky was overcast, there was no visible ‘sun’ rise. It simply seemed like the sky was blushing. The red blush lasted only a few minutes and then… was gone.

Oh my…such hushed serentiy. Beautimous….:}
Fabulous photos.
Such beauty! We had a gorgeous sunset here last night. I am surrounded by tall trees but could see through them to the crest of the hill where I bet the sight was amazing. Thanks for sharing! (I always enjoy your matching quotes).
That’s a wonderful sequence, Amy. I think truly dramatic skies require clouds!
SO beautiful!
Stunning!
Cindy, JoAnn, millhill,Gerry, giid and Dawn, thank you all for your comments
I’m so glad I was there to capture it.
The second pictures is absolutely stunning! My mouth actually dropped open. It’s the way the clouds interact with the reds and oranges of the sky.
Thanks Maggie. It was pretty amazing to be surrounded by all that colour. If your mouth dropped open at the sight of the photo on your computer screen, I can only wonder what you would have done had you seen it in the marsh!
Red dawn! How incredible. What amazing pictures you’ve posted here.
Kathy, the whole thing happened so fast. I’m just thankful to have been there at that moment to capture it.
